Providing the property can be sold chain free, ask seller if they would like to proceed using a secured method of sale.

Vendor signs Agents normal terms along with additional paperwork agreeing to YouSold terms & conditions.

Property is uploaded to YouSold and advertised by agent as normal

When a buyer is ready to offer they are directed to YouSold.co.uk to do so by the Agent

If the offer is accepted the buyer is immediately charged £550 which acts as a deposit for the property

Buyer must then complete transaction milestones within a set time frame or risk forfeiting their deposit or the property going back onto the market.
